Sheryl underwood is a stand-up comedian as well as a host on television and actor from the United States. She is best known for her role as The Talk's morning co-host. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas, was raised in the area of Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in the midst of a challenging family. She was a lot of her life taking care of Frankie. Frankie suffered from polio. When she was growing up she had numerous arguments with her mom. Sheryl states that one time she cut her father's hair for being too close to him. Sheryl was a soldier after she graduated from the college. Her passion for the military was comedy. She was selected as the first ever female finalist of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, held in 1989. Her TV career after becoming regularly performing at The HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She hosted the show in 2000. The show Oh Drama! Presently, she is a guest host on Talk Talk since 2011. Additionally, she's been in fictional roles on shows including Bulworth Nikki, and Beauty Shop.
